How to book me for your next Voiceover Project:
If you would prefer to watch a short video explaining the hiring process click below:
1. If your script is already written email it to to alison@thephonevoice.com .Please confirm whether the voiceover is for broadcast/non-broadcast and what media it will be used (e.g internal presentation, phone system recording, youtube video)
2. If the script is still a work in progress email me an approximation of the final length in either time or word count.
3. Within 24hrs of receiving your script, I can email you a quote and expected turnaround time.
4. Once you are happy to go ahead with the recording confirm which audio format you would like to receive the recording in. Most clients prefer mp3 or WAV format, but if you require a specific format (such as for phone system) do let me know and I will do my best to accommodate!
5. I will then confirm the delivery method for the audio. Short mp3 files can be sent via email. Alternatively, I can upload the final audio files to your ftp server or send them using a web service such as YouSendIt.com
6. If you would like music added to your voicemail message or narration just let me know what track you would like mixed in. I don’t hold a library of music but I recommend sites such as: www.royaltyfreemusic.com where you are able to purchase copyright free individual music tracks to suit all tastes and moods.
7. Before recording can begin I may require a 50% deposit -with the remainder payable on delivery of the final audio files.
So your next step is to email me your voiceover script for your free, no obligation quote!
